Last summer, Star Wars Outlaws grabbed the attention of sci-fi fans with its impressive gameplay. Although the exact release date remains unknown, we have a timeframe within this year, and there’s a possibility it might hit the shelves before July.

According to a detailed report from Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson, Ubisoft seems to be aiming for a Star Wars Outlaws launch in the first half of this year. Up until now, Ubisoft’s major releases for early 2024 were expected to be Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Skull and Bones, and possibly Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence.

Could this game actually hit a good balance of immersive design and quick gameplay that the more casual player might be looking for?

Adding Star Wars Outlaws to this lineup would undoubtedly make it a standout release. However, Ubisoft has not officially confirmed this plan, and while Henderson is usually reliable with such information, internal plans at Ubisoft could undergo changes.
