Dave Powell. Debris from the blast was even discovered on the other side of US-23.

Lt. Powell addressed concerns regarding the presence of children inside the home during the explosion and the potential relationships among the victims. “It’s currently unknown if children were inside the home at the time of the explosion, and we are also unsure if any of the victims were related,” Powell stated during a press briefing.

Our officers received a call that someone found debris on the other side of 23-mile with some paperwork on it, and it was debris from the house explosion.” The uncertainty surrounding the cause has prompted a thorough investigation to determine the root of this tragic incident.
