In comparison to its predecessor, the M20 5G, which boasts a 2K display and a MediaTek Kompanio 900T, the Tab K11 is designed to be more budget-friendly. Lenovo has opted for the Helio G88 chipset, previously featured in budget smartphones like the Honor X8a and Xiaomi Redmi 12.
The Helio G88, introduced a year before the Kompanio 900T, is a 12 nm chipset featuring two ARM Cortex-A75 and six Cortex-A55 CPU cores, accompanied by a Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. Lenovo pairs this chipset with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 flash storage. The tablet also includes a MicroSD card reader supporting cards up to 1 TB formatted in exFAT.
In addition to its robust performance, the Tab K11 sports an 11-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels (WUXGA), a 90 Hz refresh rate, and 400 nits peak brightness. Although Lenovo claims a 1,500:1 contrast ratio, the tablet covers only 72% of the NTSC color space. Other notable features include a sizable 7,040 mAh battery, offering up to 10 hours of usage, and quad speakers for an immersive audio experience.
The tablet, measuring 255.26 x 166.31 x 7.15 mm and weighing 465 g, also supports the Lenovo Tab Pen with 4,096 pressure levels. Lenovo commits to providing OS upgrades until Android 15, along with security patches until January 2028. Pricing and availability details outside Japan are yet to be disclosed, but the Tab K11 is expected to launch in Wi-Fi and LTE variants. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new addition to Lenovo’s tablet family!
